I offer online and in-person therapy for individuals, teens, and couples, with a focus on grief as an ongoing experience, alongside support for life transitions and relational challenges.

We can absolutely explore whatever feels most relevant to you, including relationships, identity, life transitions, and any other challenges you may be facing. Grief often touches many areas of life, and our work together can reflect the full scope of your experience and what feels most important to you.

I offer in person therapy in Seattle and virtual therapy across Washington State.
In person sessions take place Tuesday through Thursday at my office in Westlake / South Lake Union. Virtual sessions are available Monday through Friday. Appointment times are offered between 8am and 5pm.

Most clients meet weekly, especially at the beginning of therapy. We can adjust the frequency over time based on your needs, goals, and preferences.

I do not accept insurance. However, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits.
In accordance with the No Surprises Act (2022), you may request a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges at the time of scheduling or at any point prior to services. For additional information, visit https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises/consumers.
