Support for those who are used to setting the bar high and clearing it.
You may be capable, driven, and accustomed to being the person others can count on, but quietly feel exhausted by the pressure to keep performing. We will look at where that drive is working for you and where it is costing you, whether that is burnout, difficulty resting, overthinking, or feeling like your worth depends on what you accomplish. The goal is not to lower your standards, but to make room for a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.
-
Support for those who hold themselves to high standards.
Maybe you rarely feel like you have done enough, overthink decisions, or struggle to let something be “good enough.” We will get curious about where those standards came from, which parts help you thrive, and which leave you feeling anxious, self-critical, or afraid of falling short. The goal is not to take away your drive for excellence, but to help it have room to feel human.
-
Support for those who have learned to prioritize everyone else's needs and comfort first.
You may find yourself saying yes when you want to say no, worrying about disappointing others, or feeling responsible for keeping the peace. Together, we will notice where that instinct serves your relationships and where it quietly does not, so you can practice setting boundaries, staying connected to yourself, and caring for others without abandoning your own needs.

Consultation
To begin, we will have a brief initial video call to get to know each other, discuss your concerns, and explore how therapy might support you. It is also a chance to ask questions, learn about the process, and get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.

Individual & Teen Therapy
Individual therapy begins with an initial session to get a sense of your needs, goals, and what brought you to therapy. From there, we will collaborate on the pace and focus of ongoing sessions, typically scheduled weekly, while adjusting as needed to support your process and the goals that brought you here.

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy begins with a structured four-session intake to get a clear understanding of each partner and your relationship. The first session is a joint meeting, followed by individual sessions with each partner, and concludes with a session together to review goals and begin exploring the work of therapy as a team. Ongoing sessions are typically scheduled weekly, with the pace and focus shaped by what emerges for you as a couple.
